Apply Chi Foot Patches to the soles of the feet or on the part of the body that is affected or experiencing pain (e.g., foot, shoulder, waist, knee, elbow, etc.) just before sleeping. Dispose of the tainted pad the following day. Use a fresh pad continuously every night until the white pad remains untainted.
Remove foot patches and plasters from the air tight packaging.
Peel the backing paper off the center of the adhesive plaster as shown above.
Leave the backing paper strips at either end for easier handling.
Apply the Chi Patch to the center of the adhesive plaster.
Ensure that the foil side faces down against the adhesive side of the plaster.
The perforated paper side of the patch should touch the skin.
Apply the Chi patch and plaster to the ball, arch or heel of the foot.
Position the plaster by holding on to the strips on both sides. This will make it easier to place the patches on the feet without the plaster sticking in the wrong place.
Once the patch and plaster are in position, carefully remove and discard the backing paper strips from each side of the adhesive paper.
Smooth the plaster on the foot, ensuring the plaster is tight.
Remove and discard used Chi patches the next morning or after eight hours.
Wash your feet thoroughly.
The more surface area the patches touch, the better the absorption and the results will be. It is recommended to cover the foot patches and plasters with a light sock to avoid accidentally displacing them during the night.
Drink good quality water when using foot patches to help flush toxins through the body. 1 – 2 Liters of clean water and caffeine-free herbal teas are recommended.
